The diversion of minimum forest land is recommended for the following reasons 1. Road proposed has been declared as National Highway connecting Nanded District of Maharashtra & Telangana state to create good connectivity between these two states. 2. This is being widening of existing road having 5.50 to 7.50 meter carriage width. Minimum forest is required which is unavoidable & no realignment is proposed in forest area. 3. Widening of road will improve socio economic status of Nanded & Bhokar tq. 4. Most of the areas are along the project Road is agriculture belt. And thus it also will boost up agriculture growth in this area.
