This project is for construction of approach metal road as there is no other access to the applicant’s property as well as villagers. The road is already proposed in regional plan by Bombay Metropolitan Regional Planning Board and sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra in 1973. Project proponent is ready to bear all the Government levies hence the proposal is being recommended for approval for diverting the required forest land under Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980
