he DP Road from Pashan to NDA having width of 10.00 m. is already existing. To cope up with future demand for expanded lanes to accommodate increased traffic volume and to improve the connectivity, the road needs widening and re structuring. Since the proposal involves widening of the existing road, the project is "site specific". The extant project is a `Critical Development Initiative for public by the Government. It is categorized as "Critical Public Utility and Welfare Project . The project is, therefore, requested for acceptance and approval by the Competent Authority subject to condition that the Project Proponent shall compensate for the damage occurred to the compound wall, belonging to Forest Department, which is falling within the limits of project area of Bavdhan Road.
