This proposal is for non Forest activities i.e., for rehabilitation and up gradation of existing highway to 2 lane /4 lane with paved shoulder under configuration form Pen Khopoli KM 00+000 to KM 33+328 section of NH 166D Pen Khopoli . This project is infrastructure development and public utility project. The Project proponent is ready to bear all the Government levies hence the proposal is being recommended for approval for diverting the required forest land under Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
