Details and comments on the impact of Project on such areas : The existing road passes through Pranhita Wild-life Sanctuary and Tiger corridors. The proposed upgradation and widening of the road excludes the area of Panhita Wild-Life Sanctuary and Tiger Corridors The proposed road passes through Pranhita Wild Life Sanctuary Eco-Sensitive Zone.

Details of Protected Area and comments on the impact of Project on the ESZ : Pranhita wild life sanctuary is at a distance of 0.00 km & Kolamarka Conservation Reserve is at a distance of 8.200 km from the forest area proposed for diversion. Part of the proposed road passing through Pranhita wild life sanctuary ESZ is 35.6 km.

This road is lifeline of the district connecting Maharashtra and Telngana and widening is essential as the traffic has been substantially increased. 2. The road is passing through LWE affected area of Gadchiroli District. This project will give boost to socio economic development of the region and will increased employment potential so reduce the impacts of LWE 3. Following conditions have has been proposed 3.1 The underpasses having a minimum size of width 4.00 mt. and height 3.00 mt. shall be provided. 3.2 Interval between such underpasses shall not be more than 2.00 Km. 3.3 The User Agency may modify the dimensions and interval of the underpasses, in exceptional cases, due to technical limitations eg. Terrain factors, engineering standards after visiting the site and recording reasons /facts. 3.4 wherever natural cross drainage works are in existence, then there would be no need to construct new underpass subject to existing structure nearly complying above mentioned dimensions, as suggested in para 3.1 3.5 wherever natural cross drainage works are in existence but as per engineering requirement, it is required to reconstruct then that structure shall comply with the minimum dimensions as suggested in para 3.1 4. The Sironcha Forest Division shares boundary with chhatisgarh and Telangana State. The area is Prone to Teak Smuggling Following Conditions is proposed. i Construction of new Forest Check Post 3 Nos. Amount 7500000/ ii Four wheeler vehicle 2 Nos. Amount 3000000/ 5. Speed brakers and information boards must be installed by the user agency at places in consultation with the local dcf.
