NagpurCF RecommendedOptical Fiber cable project are mainly to provide communication to less accessible areas with reliable and high speed media connectivity, which is very important in current days to provide information and technology. Because of this project involves minimum disturbance of forest and breaking of land. It also does not form part of National Park, Wildlife Sanctuary, Biosphere reserve, Elephant corridor etc. Certificate attached . However laying the proposed Optical Fiber Cable is passing in Pinch point of EVL showing village Mangarli, Rongha, Lendezari, Bagheda and Chicholi in Taluka Tumsar in Wildlife Corridor between Pench Tiger Reserve Umred Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary and NNTR as per WII Dehradun report and Pinch point map of Tiger Corridor of Eastern Vidarbha Landscape. Hence permission of SBWL is also required. Proposal is recommended for approval for diverting the required forest land under Forest Conservation Act, 1980. Yes
