6. Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion : the undulated topography of the forest land involved in the proposed coal block will result in soil erosion following feeling of trees due to biotic pressure especially cattle.

  Details and comments on the impact of Project on such areas : this location however is covered under approved tiger conservation plan of tadoba andhari tiger reserved and section 38(o)I (g) of the said act, provides for the tiger conservation plan to ensure ecologicay compitibale land uses in areaa linking one protected areas or tiger reserve with anoother and therefore need to recommandation of NBWL
 (iii). Whether the forest land proposed for diversion is located within eco-sensitive zone(ESZ) of the Protected Area notified under Wildlife(Protection) Act,1972 (Note: In case, ESZ of a Protected Area is not notified,then,10kms distance from boundary of the Protected Area should be treated as ESZ): No
