This project envisages construction of main earthen dam 290 m. in length with maximum height 26.70 m. in gorge. A clear over fall type non-gated waste weir on Right bank of 24.00 m in length is proposed in between Ch 290 m to 314 m. Proposed project is 12 Km away from Shrivardhan.
