The project is site specific as the project proponent owned 15.569 Ha private land to develop new Logistics Park along with Warehouses Project. The proposed Project is surrounded by agricultural land and adjacent to Protected Forest land. There is no access/ approach to the said Project area. And also as there is no other suitable land available for approach to the project area except from Forest land. After careful examination at the time of my site visit I recommend alignment no. 2 is the best option. It will help for development of remote and backward area. Hence the proposal for diversion of 0.18 ha. Protected forest land for development a new Logistics Park along with Warehouses Project is recommended.
