Not mentioned in the Working Plan. But the User Agency has submitted Right of Way issued in 1935 for the Pallivasal -Kothamangalam 66 kV electric line. Proposed line passes through the area mentioned in the said Right of Way.

The proposed upgradation of Aluva Pallivasal 66kV line into 220 kV line will increase the power output from Pallivasal area and no new forest area in Kothamangalam Forest Division is required to be diverted. Most of the areas passing under Kothamangalam division are patta lands and only 460m is Reserve Forest of Neriamangalam Reserve and within the old RoW provided in the existing clearances. Hence the project in the Kothamangalam area is recommended as no additional Forest land needs to be diverted, however the existing ROW was provided during pre independence era hence if any additional directions are required maybe provided from the higher officers.
