This proposal for lasing/diversion of 0.396ha area at Kodihalli Wildlife Range, Bilikal State Forest village Sy.No.1 Maralavadi Hobli , Kankapura Taluk, Ramanagara District. The proposal for diversion has been recommended for approval as the requirement is barest minimum and the Pipeline goes beneath the ground and the underground pipeline project is helpful to the local people, and adjoining villagers for drinking water purpose in vicinity of National Park. The underground pipeline water project supply drinking water to 298 villages. hence the proposal can be considered for further approval.

I have inspected the proposed Chilandavadi reserve forest area of Sangam Wildlife Range on 22.03.2021 for diversion of said forest area for construction and laying of jackwell, panel room, electrical sub station and pipe line Raw water rising main etc. The proposed area has been demarcated with stone pillars on the ground. And requirement of forest land for the said proposal is unavoidable and barest minimum and moreover, it is for drinking water purpose to supply drinking water to 298 villages. The proposal may be considered in the interest of public at large.
