I have inspected the proposed site along with the Assistant Conservator of Forests, Belagavi Sub Division and staff on 13 03 2022, the proposed forest area diversion for construction of High School and other amenities is in forest Survey No. 46 of Gutaguddi village at Gujanal Range Hukkeri Taluk. As the construction of High School and other amenities is very much required for the Gutaguddi village students. Hence I recommended the proposal for the diversion of 1.00 ha. of Forest land in Sy No.46 of Gutaguddi village for the purpose of construction of High School and other amenities as per the provisions under Forest Conservation Act 1980.
