Elephant, Leopard, Gaur, Spotted Deer, Sambar, Slender Loris, honey Badger etc., The proposed diversion land is facilities elephant movement and a part of Kardikal- Mahadeshwara Wildlife corridor.

The proposed forest land for widening of road passing inside the Madeshwara State Forest of Anekal Wildlife Range, Bannerghatta National Park and also forms a part of Kardikal-Madeshwara elephant corridor. Further, rare/endangered/unique species of flora and fauna found in this area i.e., Slender loris and Decalepis hamiltonii

The diversion of 11.00 ha of forest land for the construction of elevate corridor may helps in the reduction of vehicular traffic and thus the speeding vehicle inside the forest area of Bannerghatta National Park and thus facilitates easy and safe movement of wildlife animals across the forest area of BNP Kardikal Madeshwara Elephant Corridor area. Hence the proposal may be considered for further approval with necessary and suitable conditions like installation of awareness sign boards, warning sign boards, CCTV cameras and check gates, etc
