The area was intended for widening and associated works as per the NHAI. The User agency Executive Engineer NHAI, Kalaburgi has marked the proposed area and I verified the marked boundary along with RFO and ACF Yadgiri and instructed the Range Forest Officer to submit the list of enumeration with size class dia class existing trees. Since the proposed diversion of 4.6038 ha. of forest land barest minimum forest land and is unavoidable for NH 150 Road widening to two/four lane with paved shoulders , a linear project . Hence the above said forest lands may be diverted to User Agency NH 150 Road widening to two/four lane with paved shoulders
