There are no endangered species, and no vulnerable trees are found in and around the vicinity, the proposed area is 1.00 Km away from the ancient historical temple of Goddess Uchchangamma Devi. Hence, this diversion of forest land does not have any adverse effect on the environment and forests. It may be accepted in view of the Davanagere Mahanagara Palike and around the villages are facing scarcity of M Sand, Granite Size stones, Boulders, Jelly and Granite Slabes etc., in favour of Sri T. Basappa S/o T. Siddappa, Partner in Annapurna Stone Crusher, # 1120, 3rd Cross, Taralabalu Extension, Davanagere.
