Since the forest land is required for laying optic fiber cable to create a network for providing basic telephonic and related services, which is a public cause and the area required is also small extent, Since there is a no alternate revenue land and it is within ROW Right of way . Hence it is recommended that the proposal for diversion of 1.619846 ha forest land be accepted as per the Forest Conservation Act, 1980.
