This project involves laying of Underground OFC Cable, and requires forest area of 0.1232 Ha to be diverted. The proposed project Starts from Sy No 183 of Samse Village, Kalasa taluk and passes through various Sy No’s of Samse and Mavinakere Villages of Kalasa Taluk and ends at Sy No 1 of Mavinakere village, Kalasa taluk Comprises Resereve forest, Section 4 Notified forest and Deemed Forest area of Kalasa Range Koppa Forest Division. This project is a linear project and does not involve felling of trees. This project is for providing latest communication network to the public. Hence the “Online proposal No FP/KA/OFC/153126/2022 submitted by the User Agency V.V Babu, DGM,CEO, jio Digital Fibre Private Limited, Bengaluru” is recommended to be considered for diversion of the Forest Land.
