The user agency has submitted the proposal for diversion of 0.227598 hectares of forest land in 05 different survey numbers but as per the field survey it has been found that the area for diversion would be 0.310339 hectares falling in 12 different survey numbers. So, the area for diversion under Forest Conservation Act 1980 may be considered as 0.310339 hectares instead of 0.227598 hectares. Hence, I am herewith submitting proposal for obtaining forest clearance under Forest Conservation Act 1980.
