The “Proposal No. FP/KA/IRRIG/142337/2021 submitted by the user agency after site inspection, the area does not fall within the eco sensitive zones, there will be no damage for the vegetation in the proposed area except the proposed and permitted. So there are no violations of Forest Conservation , Act 1980 in the proposed area. Since the project is for public utility, the diversion of forest land of 4.966 Ha is recommended for approval.
