As the foot Bridge is very much required for the Kongala and Gavali villagers to cross the rivulet during rainy season, Otherwise villagers movement is restricted during rainy season and will be deprived of basic facilities. The total forest area required for construction of foot bridge is 0.11 Ha. Hence I recommend the diversion of 0.11 ha. of Forest land in Sy No 110 of Nerasa village for the purpose of construction of foot bridge as per the provisions under Forest Conservation Act 1980.
