RECOMMENDATION LETTER It is recommended that the Forest land measuring 21.0 hectare in Compartment No.6LB/NH, 23e/NH, 38C/KN,43/NH AND 44/NH of may be transferred to User Agency under section 2 of Forest ConservationAct 1980 for establishment of road at Farkin Gali to Puthakhan Gali In Keran/Niahari Range of District Kupwara for a maximum period of 60 years. The proposed track/road in forest land will be beneficial for deployment of force and other support for Army. Further an amount of Rs.584650/ on account of damage bill of Comp No.17/D for construction of Nildor Bangus road by 109/RCC which may also be charged to User Agency.
