5. Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion : The areas near human settlement under severe pressure of grazing should be effectively closed. II) In case of presence of partial regeneration, the subsidiary measures such as, uprooting and cutting of shrubs, Artificial Regeneration by way of planting be resorted.
