5. Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion : The Forest Land Proposed for Diversion comprising of Comptt.S-S-8,S-9,s-15,S-16 & S-17 of very Fragile Eco-system with steep to precipitous topography and is also vulnerable to erosion and observing frequent land slides. The Comptt. S-09 & S-15 fall in Fir Selection Working Circle, S-16 &S-17 fall in Rehabilitation Working Circle & S-08 falls in Alpine Working Circle requiring protection and rehabilitation works for their rejuvenation.
6. Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion : The Track is very Fragile Eco-System with steep to precipitous topography and is vulnerable to erosion and frequent land slides
