The proposed diversion site is a part of Rehabilitation & Plantation cum Soil conservation Working Circle

The Site shows significant erosion due to undulating terrain. Visible erosion indicators, sparse vegetation & exposed soil necessitate erosion control measures.

(i).

Rat Snake, Common Krait, Bendit Karait, Bamboo Pit Viper, Cobra, Hare, Jackle, Wild boar, Fox, Monkey etc are found. Also, Elephant Presence is noted occasionally in nearby villages.
