Since elephants pass through the area, the habitat of area may be disturbed due to tree cutting, a habitat improvement plan would be desirable to be implemented by the User Agency at the project cost. With this condition the project is recommended.

Since, the movement of wild elephants are frequent in Dumka Forest Division habitat mitigation measures are very important and at the sometime adequate safeguards regarding height of the transmission line is to be taken care of. Further the User Agency has to ensure that the Transmission line should not sag beyond critical level. With these conditions the above mentioned proposal of transmission line may be considered.

This proposed High Voltage132 KV D/C Transmission line will connect substation Ramgarh & TSS Sidhwar. Field officers has inspected the proposed site and certified that forest area to be diverted is bare minimum for construction of proposed Transmission Line. Thus this proposal is being recommended in public interest in order to improve power infra structure.
