The proposed scheme is Lift Scheme and is located near the source and involves no felling of trees. There is no suitable Non Forest Land available in the area. The forest land 0.2731 ha within the jurisdiction of Dharamshala Forest Division is barest minimum forest land required for the construction of said scheme and is recommended for approval.
