In this regard it is submitted that there is no working plan in WL Shimla Forest Division and there is management plan only.

The area proposed for project is flat and there is no vulnerable to soil erosion erosion.

Details and comments on the impact of Project on such areas :
The proposed road falls under Shimla Water Catchment WLS and there is probhited in the WLS but due to large No. of public interest i.e 2100 as per the certificate submitted by the user agency this road is recommended under FCA 1980

Whether the forest land proposed for diversion is located within eco-sensitive zone(ESZ) of the Protected Area notified under Wildlife(Protection) Act,1972 (Note: In case, ESZ of a Protected Area is not notified,then,10kms distance from boundary of the Protected Area should be treated as ESZ):
