Recommondation The requirement of forest land as proposed is unavoidable and barest minimum, and total length of the road is 5/500 Kms out of which 4.300 Kms will pass through the forest and 1.200 Kms will pass through private land. This road will be constructed to provide motorable link to the villagers of Banoi and other adjoining sub villages Fagla,Rouni,Nichla Fagla and Banoi. The road will cater to the needs of population of about 500 souls and will give a boost to the local economy, hence there is no escape from using the forest land as no other alignment is feasible.
