The reply of point No. 11 (i) (a) has been given in additional information. Moreover the violators are admitting the violation and are ready to pay penal compensatory afforestation under the provision of FCA, 1980. The penal CA has accordingly been proposed. It is pertinent to add here that violators have admitted that due to non awareness / identification of status of land the FCA 1980 violated.
