The proposed road has been constructed in violation of provisions of FCA, 1980. The violated area is 0.6345 hac and no felling of trees was done during the construction of road. The proposed forest land 0.6345 hac is barest minimum forest land required to provide connectivity to people residing in the area. The diversion of 0.6345 hac of forest land is recommended for approval and regularization of FCA, 1980.
