As per provisions contained under Para-3.2 (viii) of the Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 Rules & guidelines no CA scheme will be formulated where the forest land to be diverted is less than one hac and no tree felling is involved. In the instant proposal the forest land to be diverted is less than one hac and no tree felling is involved for the construction of road. As such the CA scheme has been detached.
