Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
Previously Forest Department Shimla (Urban) area was the part of Municipal Corporation area and Working Plan available of 1965-85. Now the is under Forest Department the Working Plan Shimla Forest Division Urban is under preparation.

That the proposed site is at a distance of 2.7 Km from the notified Eco-sensitive Zone, 4Km from the Shimla water Catchment Snxtuary and the site does not fall with within th notified Eco-sensitive Xone of Shimla Water Xatchment Wildlife sanctuary. That there is no scope for the sonstruction of any wildlife corridor in tha alignment of the proposed road.That the xonstruction of the said site shall not pose any kind of danger to the Wildlife or its habitat or the area
