The area is blank and does not have any vegetation. As per the review of the layout plan, the site will be covered from all sides with retaining walls etc. hence no scope for soil erosion will arise in the future. The purpose of the diversion of forest land is for public welfare, in favor of community hygiene, and recycling of waste products hence recommended.
