Yogeshwar Singh S/O Sh. Roshan lal, Ward No. 3, PO & Teh. Nalagarh, Distt. Solan HP for the lease period of 15 years. Being a river bed that gets recharged annually by the natural water flow and no tree involve in this area to be diverted project may be approved under FCA, 1980. Also as mentioned in joint inspection report of committee, illicit mining that may sometime happen in the area will be thwarted post diversion.
