For Educational purposes As per detail note on Project Anne. 04 User agency has occupied surround private survey No.543, 549, 560 and survey No.557, 558, 562, 534, 539, 540, 541 are under the ownership of the user agency. So has there is no scope of alternative land for the development. User agency are recommended not to cut local tree species mentioned in marking kharda Annexure 16 . Only prosopis juliflora will be removed. User agency has repeatedly violated forest Conservation act 1980. So, penalty should be kept 5 times of actual.
