The OFC cable under BharatNet Project Phase II have to be lay with in Right of way of existing connecting road of gram panchayats with block office head quarter. There is no option other then applied forest area. The utilization of forest land is optimal and necessary. It is good to provide connectivity to remote area for future development. Therefore proposed forest land is justified for laying optical fiber cable under BharatNet Project Phase II.
