The OFC cable under BharatNet Project have to be lay with in Right of way of existing road of gram panchants to connecting with block office. There is no option other then it. The utilization of forest land is optimal and necessary. It is good to provide connectivity to remote area for future development. Therefore proposed forest land is justified for laying optical fiber cable under Bharat Net Project.
