The OFC cable under Jio Digital Fibre Private Ltd. raipur have to be lay with in Right of way of existing road of gram panchayats connecting with block office. There is no option other then it. The utilization of forest land is optional and necessary. It is good to provide connectivity to remote area for future development. Therefore proposed forest land is justified for laying optical fiber cable under Jio Digital Fibre Private Ltd.
