? The widening/upgradation of NH 29 from 2 lane to 4 lane passing through the Doboka RF is a project having National & Public interest. The project will improve overall scenario of the communication system through the Nation as well as North Eastern Region without causing major damages of the forest by adopting mitigation measures to be implemented by the User Agency to protect Forest and Environment as per guideline. The proposed diversion of 42.6 Ha. of Forest land is recommended with a suggestion to maintain suitable mitigation measures for the wildlife and its habitat vegetation as per existing Rules and Regulation in vogue.
