The area is a road side area devoid of forest as such movement of wild animal is rare. Although not observed, elephants could transit through this area.

Details and comments on the impact of Project on such areas :
The proposed area is a part of Dehing Patkai Elephant Reserve. The area is a open forest land devoid of forest as such the movement of wild animal is rare and will have minimum impact on elephant habitat. Also the threat of man-animal conflict is minimum.

The project is a mobile tower and will consume a very small area. The proposed area has no notable vegetation . Presence of a mobile tower in this area will assist the staff in better patrolling as the RF currently has poor connectivity. This will also help the forest villagers
