The user agency has not violated the provisions of FC Act, 1980. There are no rare/unique/endangered species of flora and fauna in and around the proposed RF area. No tree felling is required for formation of this road except clearance of small bushes. The proposed formation of BT road does not fall in any Sanctuary, archaeological/heritage site/defense establishment or any important monument. The area requested by the user agency is barest minimum and un avoidable. It is a government project. In view of the above, the above project is recommended.
