The User agency shall restrict the tree felling minimum number in the diverted forest land and the trees shall be felled under the strict supervision of local forest officer and large trees having wildlife importance shall not be disturbed. 2. The User agency shall raise strip plantation on both sides and central verge of the road as per the IRC norms. 3. Adequate number of ramblers / speed breakers and underground/ over passages shall be provided to facilitate movement of wildlife and to avoid accidents as recommended by CWLW/ NBWL/FAC/REC. 4. Display board at starting and ending point showing details of forest land involved in diversion and clearly mentioning the status of land as Forest land . 5. Suitable protection structures shall be included in the proposed road is having steep gradient to avoid soil erosion. 6. All DGPS surveyed points shall be clearly demarcated on the field and proposed alignment shall be followed. 7. The User agency shall obtain Environmental Clearance as per the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act,1986, if applicable. 8. The layout plan of the proposal shall not be changed without prior approval of Central Government. 9. No labour camp shall be established on the forest land. 10. Sufficient fire wood, preferably the alternate fuel, shall be provided by the User agency to the labourer after purchasing the same from the State Forest Department or the Forest Development Corporation or any other legal source of alternate fuel. 11. No additional or new path will be constructed inside the forest area for transportation of construction materials for execution of the project work. 12. The period of diversion under this approval shall be co terminus with the period of lease to be granted in favour of the user agency or the project life, whichever is less. 13. The forest land shall not be used for any purpose other than that specified in the project proposal. 14. The forest land proposed to be diverted shall under no circumstances be transferred to any other agencies, department or person without prior approval of Govt. of India. 15. Violation of any of these conditions will amount to violation of Forest Conservation Act, 1980 and action would be taken as per the MoEF&CC guideline F.No.11 42/2017 FC, dt.29.01.2018. 16. Any other condition that the Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change may stipulated from time to time in the interest of conservation, protection and development of forests & wildlife. 17. The compliance report shall be uploaded on e portal https //parivesh.nic.in/ . The required forest area is unavoidable for the project and due to this project there is no threat to the local flora, fauna and there is no archeological heritage importance in this locality.
