it is to submit that, the proposals for diversion of 5.27 ha of forest land in Kakinada division for formation of road from Pandirimamidi to Chavitidibbalu road in favour of Executive Engineer, R&B, Rajamahendravaram may be accepted with the following recommendations. • Repairs and strengthening works for existing road can be taken up for the road over a length of 2398mts passing through Compt nos. 395 & 396 of Bolagonda RF. Hence, widening of road is not recommended in this stretch. • It is recommended to widen the road to a maximum width of 7.0 mts including Berms, instead of proposed width of 9.0 mts over a length of 7471 mts passing through Compt no.750 of Tadepalli PF. • The road passing through Tadepalli PF over a length of 7471 mts with a width of 3.34 mts may be diverted for this road i.e., 2.495 ha 7471 mts x 3.34 mts .
