Working plan prescription for the forest land proposed for diversion :
As per the working plan prescriptions the proposed forest land falls under Southern Tropical Dry Deciduous Forests and sub type is Dry Mixed Deciduous Forests with density 0.5 having forest quality VI. The existing vegetation in the diversion area is mostly pole crop. There are no defence establishments or other important monuments located in the area and also not form part of any National Park / Wildlife Sanctuary / Wildlife Corridor / Biosphere etc.

Brief note on vulnerability of the forest area to erosion :
Erosion to certain degree is anticipated due to formation of road, but control measures are to be taken up the user agency
