Both, the Divisional Forest Ofcer, Guntur and Conservator of Forests, Guntur have recommended the proposal. However, it is submitted that, the proposed quarry lease is adjacent to newly proposed quarry lease of Sri Kunam Brahmananda Reddy over a forest area of 4.78 Ha and existing quarry lease of Sri N.Sivaram Prasad over forest area of 1.75 Ha. Further, all these three cluster quarry leases have indicated individual approach roads. In this connection, it is submitted that, since, approach road for existing quarry lease was already permitted, the newly proposed two quarry leases can make use of the permitted existing approach road duly forming the connectivity from their proposed quarry leases to existing road, instead of proposing individual roads. In view of the above, the proposals for sanction of quarry lease for Road Metal & Gravel over an extent of 4.49 Ha. of forest land in Compt. No. 127 of Kondaveedu RF of Ameenabad Beat, Perecheral V , Medikondur M , Guntur in f/o. Sri Dara Appa Rao, R/o.Yadavolu V , Devarapalli M W.G.District, in 4 sets along with required information and maps are submitted herewith duly recommended the proposals in part IV, for favour of information and necessary action.
