The user agency has not violated the provisions of FC Act, 1980. The area requested by the user agency is barest minimum and un avoidable. There are no rare/unique/endangered species of flora and fauna in and around the proposed RF area. The proposed quarry area in Utukuru RF does not fall in any Sanctuary, archaeological/heritage site/defence establishment or any important monument. Hence, it is recommended.
