The user agency has not violatd the provisions of FC Act, 1980. The area requested by the user agency is barest minimum and un avoidable. There are no rare/endangered species of flora and fauna in and around the proposed RF area. The proposed quarry lease doesnot fall in any Sanctuary, archaeologial/heritage site/defence establishmentor any important monument. Hence, it is recommended.
