Compensatory afforestation shall be raised over 6.00 ha in non-forestland and maintained by the forest deptt. at the cost of the lessee.The same shall be declared as Protected forest. 3. Penal compensatory afforestation will be raised over 2.73 ha. x 2 = 5.46 ha. degraded forest land and maintained at the cost of the lessee. 4. Demarcation of mining lease will be done on the ground with RCC pillars with serial numbers and bearing and distance from pillar to pillar at lessee's cost. 5. Safety zone area shall be maintained and protected. One and a half times of the area of the safety zone shall be afforested in degraded forest land elsewhere at the cost of the user agency by forest deptt. 6. Mining in forest area shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the mining plan duly approved by IBM Nagpur and mined over area shall be reclaimed concurrent with mining operation by the lessee at his own cost. 7. The forest land shall not be used for any other purpose than specified in the proposal. 8. The consent of State Pollution Control Board shall be obtained under 'Air and Water Acts' before commencement of mining operation as per applicability and got renewed every year. 9. Necessary environmental clearance shall be obtained from the Environmental Wing of the ministry under EIA notification, 1994 depending upon increase in production/pollution load as the case may be and as and when applicable and all the requisite environmental safeguards shall be observed by the lessee while carrying out mining in the area. 10. The period of diversion of the forest land shall be coterminus with the renewal period of the lease as admissible under relevant mining rules applicable. 11. Any other condition(s) the State Govt. may impose from time to time for the protection and improvement of flora and fauna within and around the lease area1. It is a statutory condition. The legal status of the forest land remained unchanged. 2. The area of 6.00 Hectares non-forest land has been accorded in favour of Forest Deptt. from the available reserved area of 3230 Hectares in Indira Gandhi Canal Area for compensatory afforestation. The amount of Rs. 1,65,000/- (One Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Only) for the same has been deposited by the lessee/UA vide Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 4,30,530/-(Four Lakh Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Only) bearing No. 544564 Dated 27/10/1999 drawn from The Bank Of Rajasthan, Ashvini Marg, Udaipur. 3. Penal compensatory afforestation has been raised over 2.73 ha. x 2 = 5.46 ha. of degraded forest land. The user agency has deposited Rs. 1,05,596.40/- (One Lakh Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Six and Forty Paise )to the forest deptt. vide Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 4,30,530/-(Four Lakh Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Only) bearing No. 544564 Dated 27/10/1999 drawn from The Bank Of Rajasthan, Ashvini Marg, Udaipur. 4. The mining lease has been demarcated on the ground by RCC pillars with serial numbers and bearing and distance from pillar to pillar. 5. The amount of Rs. 23,208/- has been deposited to the forest deptt. vide Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 4,30,530/-(Four Lakh Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty Only) bearing No. 544564 Dated 27/10/1999 drawn from The Bank Of Rajasthan, Ashvini Marg, Udaipur for afforestation in degraded forest land in area equivalent to one and a half times of Safety zone area (0.8 ha. x 1.5 = 1.2 Hectares) . 6. Mining in forest area has been carried out strictly in accordance with the mining plan duly approved by IBM Nagpur and mined over area has been reclaimed concurrent with mining operation by the lesse at his own cost. 7. The forest land has not been used for any other purpose than specified in the proposal. 8. The consent of State Pollution Control Board has been obtained under 'Air and Water Acts' before commencement of mining operation as per applicability is renewed every year. 9. Necessary environmental clearance has been obtained from the Environmental Wing of the ministry under EIA notification, 1994 depending upon increase in production/pollution load as the case may be and as and when applicable and all the requisite environmental safeguards have been observed by the lessee while carrying out mining in the area. 10.
