Compensatory afforestation shall be taken up by planting at least 2075 plants of tree species of any suitable degraded forest land within two years of the issue of these order at the cost of the user agency. Plantation will also be taken up in a radius of 100m around lease area subject to technical possibility at the cost of user agency. Cost of compensatory afforestation and the cost of plantation in a radius of 100m around lease area if found technically possible shall be deposited by user agency in advance with the state forest department as per the current rate structure.
Rs 34051/- deposited towards compensatory afforestation and additional plantation within 100m radius around the lease area.

The user agency will submit a detailed reclamation plan with financial forecast. Reclamation plan will be implemented by user agency at its cost under the supervision of the forest department.
The project is under progress and mining lease area shall be reclaimed at the project cost at the time of completion of the project in compliance to the condition.

Demarcation of mining lease area will be done on the ground at the project cost using RCC pillars (4ft height) with S. No. bearing and distance from pillar to pillar
