The demarcation of 4.50 Ha of forest land shall be carried out by erecting cement concrete pillars dully numbered at an interval of 20 meters at the cost of user agency.2). The User agency has erected CC pillars dully numbered from 1 to 177 at an interval of 20 meters at their cost.
3FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN3).The Compensatory afforestation shall be raised over 5.00 ha identified non-forest land in Mittachintalavari Palli (V) of Punganur(M) of Chittoor District at the cost of user agency. The State Government shall obtain prior permission of Central Government for change of location and schedule of compensatory afforestation site, if any.3).CA land pertains to Punganur Range.
4FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN4).Non Forest Land for compensatory afforestation shall be notified by the State Government as PF/RF Under Indian Forest Act, 1927 of the State Forest Act. Within a period of 6 months and Nodal Officer (FCA) shall report the compliance within 6 months.4).Not related this range.
5FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN5).The State Government shall raise and maintain a safety zone and will also raise and maintain the plantation over an area, one and half times of the extent of the safety zone , of the degraded forest land, at the project cost.5).This work will be executed soon after release of funds.
6FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN6).The funds received from the user agency towards compensatory afforestation and Net Present value under this project shall be deposited to Ad-hoc-CAMPA in Account Number CA – 1578 of Corporation Bank, Block-II, CGO Complex, Phase-I, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110 003.6).No Remarks.
7FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN7).The additional amount of the Net present value (NPV) of the diverted forest land if any, due as per the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 28.03.2008 and 09.05.2008 in IA Nos. 826 in 566 with related IA’s in Writ Petition (Civil) No.202/1995 shall be realized from the user agency and transferred to Ad-hoc CAMPA in Account Number CA-1578 of Corporation Bank, Block-II, CGO Complex, Phase-I, Lodhi Road, New Delhi – 110 003 under intimation to this office.7).An undertaking shall be obtained from the user agency.
8FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN8).No Wastage material from mining lease area will be allowed to falls/spread in the adjoining forest area. A deep trench of above 2 Mts width with 1-50 mts to 1-75 mts depth shall be dug-up all along the boundary of the applied an width excavated earth kept on the outer side of the trench is not possible, a stone wall of 1-50 mts to 1-75 mts height with sufficient width be formed to stop spread of any waste material in the forest area outside the leased area. The above work shall be undertaken by the user agency at their own cost before commencement of mining operation.8).The user agency has dug up deep trench of about 2 mt width with 1.50 mt to 1.75 mt depth all along the boundary to a length of 1414.00 mts. Due to steep slope and inaccessibility stone wall is formed between stations 25 to 29 to a length of 80 mts.
9FP/AP/MIN/1812/20084-APB452/2008-BAN9).The entire forest area upto the RF boundary line, surrounding the applied area shall be appropriately fenced and rehabilitated at the cost of user agency as per the detailed plan prepared by the Forest Department.9).Soon after receipt of funds this work will be taken up.
